Your data,
handled with care

This site is run personally by Nathdanai Kwansiripat, Bangkok. I collect only what I need to reply to you and to run the site well — and you stay in control of it. This notice follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What I collect

• When you send a message or request a call: your name, email, any phone number and the message you write, plus which page you came from and (if present) the campaign link that referred you.
• When you join the newsletter or download a guide: your email address.
• When you browse: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics — the page visited and referrer. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no way to identify you personally (visitors are counted with a daily one-way hash).

Why I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a coaching conversation.
• To send occasional updates only if you opted in — and never to sell or share your address.
• To understand which content is genuinely useful, so I can make more of it.

Consent

When you tick the consent box and submit a form, you consent to my contacting you about your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time — just reply to any email or write to me — and I'll stop and delete your details.

Where it lives & who sees it

Your information is stored on my own private server (hosted in the Bangkok region) and is visible only to me through a back office that is not reachable from the public internet. Coaching bookings run on the existing hatoriz.com/coaching flow. I do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to help you, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Ask me to delete your data and I will.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask me to access, correct, delete, or stop using your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@nathdanaik.tech and I'll take care of it.
